　　经工商行政管理部门登记注册并领取《企业法人营业执照》；

已办理税务登记，依法纳税；

　　法定代表人在3年内未曾担任过被撤销进出口经营资格的企业的法定代表人。

　　进出口许可证办理需要提交哪些资料：

　　书面申请；

　　填写《进出口经营资格申请表》；

　　《企业法人营业执照》副本复印件；

　　《税务登记证》(含国税、地税)复印件；

　　组织机构代码证书》复印件；

　　法定代表人的身份证复印件；

　　企业证明法定代表人3年内未曾担任过被撤销对外贸易经营许可的企业的法定代表人或负责人证明(加盖公章和法定代表人签字、并经当地外经贸局签意见)；

　　企业验资报告复印件；
